Etheldreda's eyes grew wide as the young woman spoke of the prince like she knew him. 'This girl must be some kind of royalty' Etheldreda thought. Before she could ask anything else of her Blayre and Luna began to shout as they entered the camp. Etheldreda sighed. "I will be right back. I dont want any harm to come upon you. I promise I wont anything happen to you. We will talk later." She exited the tent as the three rushed over to her. "What is it?"
"The Lady," Luna shouted, "She is awake!"
"What?" Etheldreda asked a little confused.
"The lake!" Blayre started in. "You must see her!"
"Calm down, both of you!"
Jaxon as cool as can be said, "The Lady of the Lake is speaking to a man. I think we should suit up and see what he is up too."
Etheldreda was silent for a moment before she said, "No, I will suit up and go alone. We have had enough blood shed today. I will take care of this myself." She took off toward her tent and got her armor on. Then placing her sword in its holder on her hip she turned to her three trusted soldiers. "Do not alarm Kurt of this. No one else either." She got onto ther house and looked down at them. "Please do not worry. I will be back before sun rise. Oh, and Blayre. Please take care of our new comer. She needs kind words. I am sure you can handle that."
Then she was off. It wasn't long before she reached the Lake. Jumping off her house she tied him to a low branch and looked threw the bushes where her followers stood before. Looking threw her helemt she saw the man that they had spoke of. He looked like he had slept walked here. Then her attention turned to the glowing woman standing on the lake. She was breath taken. How she wanted to see her all the years she had lived her but up until this point she had never shown herself to her or any of her men. She only shows for those that truly seek her for help. Perhaps she will go to her about what happened with Tomas and if that was the right thing to do.
Shaking her head she could not hear what was happening so she moved closer. Hearing that he just wanted to keep someone safe she felt her heart begin to ache but shook it off. Looking back at him she drew her sword as she was ready to fight if needed...
..........................
"Your wish is my command," she spoke as she then conutined, "But, you still have one question and one answer. The all seeing and the all knowing. If you wish to use this later then so be it but know this that it might be a long time before I appear to you again." She paused. "The choice is yours."
............................................................
Etheldreda took a step forward as a twig broke underneath her foot. Unsure if anyone heard it she paused to wait to see if he had because she was ready too attack.

Brendan was about to speak to the lady of the Lake again when he heard a noise to his left. It was as if the whole forest around him suddenly lost it's colour and beauty. Instead of a bright and shining sun it looked like night and the brilliant green around him dulled down.
Brendan saw a woman dressed in armour like a man creeping through the bushes. She looked rough but had a beautful pair of eyes. He gazed at her for a moment as if he knew her from somewhere... everything in his being made him feel like he should spend the rest of his life with this woman.
"Who are...?" Then he remembered the lady of the lake and turned again to see that she had vanished, as if the intrusion by another shattered the magic of the old religion. "No!" He shouted, stepping forward into the water. "Come back!" Then he too vanished...
... for Etheldreda there was nothing left besides a simple and undisturbed lake. Of the Man who had sought the Lady of the Lake there was no sign...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Brendan woke up in his bed in the barracks. He looked around but saw nothing of the forest or the lake. "Was it all a dream?" He asked himself, the memory of the Lady and the warrior woman etched into his mind. He turned his head to see that Darius was still sleeping. Sunlight crept in through the windows and he could hear the sounds of morning in the castle courtyard outside. "Today we go to war." He muttered to himself and started to move. That was when he realised his legs from the knees down were wet... as if he had been walking through a lake. Brendan felt a shiver run through his body. Things were clearly at work beyond his understanding...

Etheldreda stood there added she watched the man look toward her. Her heart jumped into her throat and her body felt frozen. Then she jumped as he turned back and shouted no as he stepped into the water then vanished.
Stepping forward she took it slow as she held her sword out in front of her too protect herself just incase this was a trick. As she stood where he had and looked into the water she only saw her reflection. Not sure what her next move should be she decided to poke the water with her sword. Nothing.
Looking out too the middle of the lake nothing but still waters. So she stepped into the water. Nothing. So what in the hell happened?
Suddenly she heard one of her men running toward her. "My, lady! The woman from the... Shes making...we cant..." He bent over trying too catch his breath.
"Calm yourself. What is going on?" "The woman you saved from...well she has herself kept away in your tent with a knife to young Blayre's throat."
She rushed out of the water. "Was anyone hurt?"
"Not yet but they will be if you dont get there. She said you were going to talk with her but you disappeared. This was the only way to get your attention."
"Well she has it."
She let out.a whisle as her horse came out of no where. She got on as her horse and helped him up. They took off like lighting.
As they got to the camp Luna came rushing toward her.
"She doesn't want too see anyone but you."
Etheldreda jumped down as she asked, "How did this happen?"
"She wanted to go for a walk and well we butted heads and you know Blayre. More of a lover then a fighter then he took her but then she took his knife and was going to get away when Jaxon came out of no where. So she put the knife to Blayre's throat and pushed him into the nearest tent which was yours."
They headed for the tent. "We dont have the time for this!"
"Try telling that too her."
Etheldreda turned and looked to her right hand man. So many times he followed her too hell and back. He was truly her rock. "Dont let anyone in." Then she disappeared inside.
With a smile on her face she was glad too see Blayre alive but he looked like he had been beatin. He also was tied up and had a piece of cloth in his mouth. The woman then put a knife to his throat. She two looked beat up and her clothes slightly torn.
"Looks like youre alot tougher then I gave you creit for. Come let him go and lets talk this out, ok? Please just dont hurt him."
(OOC: I don't mind either of us giving the pricess a voice if you dont. If you could please be her speaker now. Please and thanks.)

(OOC: Sure thing)
“I don‘t think so,” The woman snapped, slightly breathless. She brushed her untidy dark hair out of her face. She held the knife towards the young man’s throat with trembling fingers, it was obvious she was terrified but was trying to look brave despite her circumstances. “That’s why I wanted YOU to be here. I can tell you are a la--- woman of your word. Promise me you will help me get back to the road towards Parravon and I will spare this buffoon.”

"Buffoon?!" Blayre snapped.
Etheldreda snapped her attention at him. "Shut up!"
"But she called me a...."
"Shut up!" Etheldreda snapped again. Looking back the princess she smiled softly as she said, "I am a woman of my word my lady. Please I will do whatever you ask of me just don't hurt my buffoon."
He glared at her then it quickly faded as the knife felt like it was about to break skin. "Please, your hurting me."
"My lady I promise. Just let me him go and you have my word. I'll let his leave and we go on from here. What say you?"

The girl looked from Etheldreda to the man flinching under her knife. She realised she must have been hurting him. As frightened as she was, hurting people was not something she wished to do and nor was it in her nature. She had no choice. With a trembling hand, she moved the knife away then let it fall to the earthen floor.
“I’m sorry.” She murmured, shrinking back into herself, away from everyone present. “I just want to go home.”

Blayre fell to his knees the moment she removed the knife and crowed towards Etheldreda. She helped him to his feet as she whispered, "Leave."
He pointed at Lily. "I'm not leaving you alone with her."
"Blayre please go," Etheldreda said with a little pleading in her tone.
As much as he didn't want to he did as his leader asked of him and left.
When he was gone Etheldreda turned her attention back towards Lily and lowering her head she said, "Now that we are alone, what do you want me to do? You said you wish to go home. Where is that?"
With everything that had happened up to this point it was to much for Etheldreda to keep track of. Her head felt overloaded. She just hoped that things would move on from here and soon.
................
As Blayre walked out of the tent he ran into Jaxon and Luna.
"What's going on?" Luna asked.
"Etheldreda wants to be alone with her," Blayre said still very much upset about the whole thing.
Jaxon leaned forward looking at Blayre's neck and asked, "Did she hurt you?"
Blayre began to rub his neck. "Its not as bad as it looks but it does hurt, yes. Etheldreda said she will take care of it. The woman I mean." He sighed as he coutined to say, "I don't trust that woman. I don't think we should let her go back to her home, where ever that may be. Who knows if she would bring people back here."
"You know Blayre, I feel like your right. We shouldn't let her leave. Maybe we can talk Etheldreda into letting us take her and..."
"And what?" Jaxon snapped. "Its not our call what we do. Etheldreda is in charge and if you want to end up like Tomas then I suggest you behave yourselves. That clear?"
They both shook their heads and walked away.
Out of ear shot of Jaxon now Luna said, "So, what's the plan."
"I dont know. It makes me worried now that Jaxon will be watching us."
"So, what. We need to make sure she doesn't return."
"I think Jaxon was right. We should just let it be. I mean..."
Luna pushed Blayre up against a tree. "I will do whatever it takes to protect us. Now you will help me or so help you." She pulled back letting Blayre breath.
"What is it with you woman and going for my throat?"
"Would you rather it be your other head?"
Blayre turned as he pulled his legs togethers. "No thanks. I'm good."
Luna's expression suddenly changed as she walked her body up into him.
"What are you..."
Luna put a finger to his month. "Shhh, lets just..." she leaned into him as they began to kiss. Blayre's eyes were in shock but he soon began to fall deep into the kiss and closed his eyes. He then placed his hands around her waist as he pulled her more into his body. Luna placed her arms around his neck as they just embraced the kiss. It was passinate and full of lust.
As she slowly pulled back she said, "Do you want to go some where?"
Blayre smiled big. "Oh, god do I!"
Luna smiled big. She turned as she grabbed ahold of his hand as she began to led him into the woods. The look on her face spoke of more then just lust. It was a woman that knew how to get what she wanted and she would use anything to get it or anyone...
