Watching the few remaining humans on the streets of the village move as far away from Eben and himself, Raven chuckles inwardly at their foolishness. "Daca imi doresc sa faca unul dintre ei sint meu eal" nu exista niciunde ca acestea sa poata candida. Este un lucru bun pentru ei ca nu sint ca o data am fost inainte. " the dark lord silently thinks to himself casting one such mortal a quick glance and a flash of his sharp fangs. The poor man hurried his pace even more to get home. Their fear may or may not have come from stories about Raven, but he would never doubt it. Letting his mind drift alittle while walking along the road with Eben, Raven remembers a time when he'd done some unforgivable deeds, and all in the name of vengeance! That was before meeting Bloodlust, and definitely before meeting Wynter. His second love. She too died..... how is something that the dark lord has not learned. At the time of learning of Wynter's death, he did indeed care to learn, but with so much time having passed, there would be no evidence of it. Now Raven wonders if she haunts the old Bloodlust Castle.
Eben's voiced question pulls Raven out of the spiral down to a slight depression. Telling the story saddens the dark lord a great deal, though he's learned long ago to hide such emotions. "I was turned by a powerful vampyre. At the time I needed an escape from myself, and upon noticing him I asked him to turn me. At first he laughed at me and was going to brush me off, but I explained that I felt I would truly lose my mind if he would not, and he took me then. I was drained of all but an ounce it seemed, and then forced to drink his blood. It happened so quickly, I believe he meant to do this much before I had a change of heart. It wasn't until meeting him again a century later that my sire's name was or still is Horatio LeMont." Raven explains solemnly.

How interesting it was indeed to be back in the blessed homeland that was his paradise of Romania, even despite the changes that had undergone the country in his absense. He reminisced about the times he had spent in the country, scaring the citizens and anyone foolish to try and assault his country out of their minds. Who was he? Most of these modern people would probobly not know but their ancestors would, for he was Vlad III Dracul, Son of the Dragon and last true Prince of Wallachia although he doubted that the country still had a prince. Nonetheless he moved on and went about his business, spending the time for today exploring his country in detail and keeping careful notice of the many differences from the country he had known. It was not until he had seen the vampire and recognized the supernatural sense that had struck him before gazing to the other with a smirk upon his face.
It appeared that Vlad was no longer the only vampire contained within this country.. Something perhaps that would give him a bit of entertainment to say the least until he grew bored of them and went off to do his own thing. The first vampire was certainly ancient but even then that did not intimidate Vlad in the slightest. The other person seemed to be nothing but a regular human and that immediately caused his interest to go elsewhere as he had little to no interest in most humans until they decided to kill themselves by getting in the middle of his path and make themselves a nuisance.

Eben walked alongside Raven as they left the small village gates and headed out into open country. The lights and sounds of civilization got quieter the further they walked and Eben began to feel very isolated and more than a little afraid. I wonder if he can hear my heartbeat, Eben thought to himself, it certainly sounded like it was booming in his own ears. Out here the countryside was silent. Raven seemed perfectly at home. He had listened to the vampire's story from his past, on how he was changed and now they had fallen into silence for the most part. Suddenly Eben felt like he was being watched and looked to his undead companion to see if he was feeling irked. "It's creepy out here huh?" He said...

A slight grin curves Raven's lips. To the human eye and ears, Eben may look unfrightened or edgey in the least, Raven does indeed hear the novelist's heartbeat, and even his pulse. In truth, the dark lord can't really blame him, for if the roles were reversed Raven would be the one feeling a bit of fear. Other vampyres would rather make a human their meal, and there was even a time in his unlife when Raven would have much preferred the meal than the company for conversation. That was before he'd met Wynter, whom would have been his second wife, and that in itself is a whole other story. It's not something that Raven is thinking about now anyway. He may not be a masochist but he'll never stop being amused by how easily humans become on edge and fidgety when things aren't in the 'norm' so to speak. It's something however, that he'd gotten used to. For a brief moment, Raven goes into thought and is interrupted in his thoughts by Eben's question born out of uneasiness.
Had Raven been so lost in his thoughts that he doesn't easily sense the presence of another vampyre? Not in the least. It's that he sensed no threat upon the other vampyre's arrival that he saw no reason to mention it. "Hmm... it seems that we are not alone, but at the moment.... he is not a threat. It is most likely that he is another vampyre that is curious, especially when seeing one of his kind with a mortal." the dark lord replies thoughtfully, while silently noticing the faintly familiar air about the other vampyre. Of this, Raven does not speak, nor does he attempt to contact the other vampyre, whom by now Raven has gathered that he's a male; however, if confronted by him, Raven will react.

At first he had actually considered just sitting out there to see what they would do, but sadly enough Vlad's impatience today got the better of him perhaps and vanished into the shadows. Reappearing out of a dark area of trees, he would simply present himself in front of them with a bow and a smirk. As normal, Alucard wore his garb of a red trench coat with a formal attire underneath. Gazing at the both of them, he nodded and opened his mouth to speak. "Welcome to the wonderful land of Wallachia..It is certainly a welcome sight to see human and vampire getting along so well. Usually whenever I run into humans, they scream in terror and run away. My name is Alucard..Its a pleasure to meet you both." He made sure to keep most of his face hidden under the darkness created by his large red fedora, smiling an evil toothed grin. Could he have perhaps caused a little mischief to entertain himself and raise the fun, Yes. But then again he doubted that it would last very long before he got bored yet again. He would certainly have to see if his castle still stood at least as he would likely spend quite a bit of time there for a while but for now he would enjoy this delightful company. After all, there's nothing quite like meeting new people to raise interests and learn new information that could be helpful in the future.

Eben almost jumped out his skin as the second vampire wearing mostly red clothing suddenly appeared. His undead companion seemed to take it in his stride and showed no hint of fear. Not for the first time Eben wondered what exactly he had gotten himself into. "Eben." He said by way of introduction, trying to smile polietly. "Interesting who you can bump into out here." He held out his hand for a handshake but then thought better of it and gripped the straps of his ruck-sack instead. He waited to see what Raven would say...

Since the other male vampyre has made no move to introduce himself as yet, or so Raven would think anyway, he just continues his walk with Eben; however, the unexpected happens as the other vampyre makes himself present. Even after the introduction, the dark lord merely Alucard, taking note that it's the backwards spelling of Dracula. "Americanii, pentru ca intotdeauna trebuie sa simplifice un cuvint pentru ca ele nu sunt folosite la pronuntia." Raven silently thinks to himself, noticing that there is actually something familiar about Alucard. Perhaps it is just his slight Romanian accent, but even to that, Raven feels as though he should know the Alucard from somewhere or sometime. This is something that he will look into at some later time or day, though one thing is clear to Raven..... Alucard is either a native or frequent visitor of Wallachia.... more likely a native. None the less, all thoughts, even the ones that are putting two and two together are brushed aside for the time being as he waits politely for Eben to finish with his introduction.
"Indeed it is quite interesting, Eben" Raven replies agreeably, then replying to Alucard, a polite smile gracing his lips "I thank you for your kind welcome. Like yourself I am a native of this fine country. I am Raven Blackblood." At the mention of humans and vampyres getting along, Raven's smile quickly becomes a smirk. "Then you missed it. In the tavern down the road, I merely asked for blood in a wine glass, and the barmaid panicked. She and everyone else besides the bartender and Eben cleared out. I was rather amused to say the least."

In actuallity Vlad had already heard of such instances and was thoroughly intrigued by it all. Of course it wasn't surprising that his countrymen were on their toes with the history that Wallachia had for its past. It was with that that he gave a keen bow and a smirk on the lips before speaking. "Well that is certainly not all too much of a surprise, I must admit. People in this area have always been a bit on their toes when it came to such things..More likely than not, they will probobly have a riot of some sort soon and will try and hunt you all down. Then they'll proceed to try and slay you and all that what not..Standard procedure of any town in Europe for the most part..Or at least from what I've seen." It was at this point however that he bent forward a bit, narrowing his eyes behind his shades as he studied the vampire a bit closer.."There's something familiar about you although I'm having a bit of difficulty placing it..You once served under me..I know that much. I suppose it will come to me later." He shrugged at that then and gave a wave to continue moving as he gazed around and smiled. Being back in his homeland was quite the nice change of pace and it felt good to be on familiar soil once more.

Narrowing his own eyes, Raven goes back to his earliest memories, and he doesn’t recall ever serving under any man named Alucard. It’s also why it strikes the dark lord as odd that the other vampyre would think him familiar. On the other hand, Raven can’t shake that Alucard’s is incredibly familiar. The way he carries himself even seems to be familiar. That comment about the village having a riot and trying to slay them won’t go ignored, and Raven is no simpleton of a vampyre! “They may try to hunt us down and slay us, but they will not succeed in my case; I am not as even tempered as one would find me. If they slay Eben then it would be murder.” Raven says pointedly, a smirk curving his own lips. Oh yes, indeed, once while enraged, Raven and friends enjoyed leveling a village to the ground, leaving no survivors! That’s a whole other story!
Moving around Alucard, Raven pauses and waits politely for his companion to join him. It’s while doing this that, the dark lord glances over his shoulder at Alucard. “The man I served under, is Drăculea, once a prince of this great country. He is is either long dead or a vampyre who’s made himself scarce. I cannot say that I’ll blame him in that respect, if it is the latter.” Raven says quietly, finding himself strangely still somewhat proud of Romania.

Eben looked from one vampire to the other making mental notes to himself as he listened to their conversation. This was any aspiring horror novelist's wet dream! He kept a wary distance from the one called Alucard however, incase he started feeling a bit peckish. He caught the pride in Raven's voice as he spoke about Dracula and wondered if they had been perhaps more than general and soldier... maybe they had been friends?
He realised Raven was waiting for him and went to move around Alucard, scratching his stubbly chin and trying to act casual...

From the shadows at the front of the small area another creature of the night had just so happen to wonder to where others of his kind just so happen to be and he did not know these two but from his feelings and from the smell on the air he could tell that they were indeed old and with age came strength and power...He had made it his life goal to protect the humans and to kill vampires that abused there immortality and there power. Wither or not these two vampires were evil or good was not the most important thing on Devins mind at the time it was more to the fact of why a human would be hanging around them and why did they not attack him and drain him of his life's blood...these were only a few questions on his mind but there were others and he wanted answers so he would get them. Devin looked up just as it started to rain and he smiled a little as the rain came down like a gentle blanked covering and protecting the small village in its embrace but the rain could not help anyone against creatures of shadow.
Devin walked into the town and saw that everyone had gone indoors and had closed all there windows and everything else they could in order to hid themselves from the darkness and those that walk within it. He spotted a single child running with all his might down the road right toward him probably because he was late to get home and as the kid saw him he stopped and he was about to yell but Devin held up his hand and spoke lightly." There is nothing for you to fear young one...Go now to your home and kiss your mother and dad before you go to sleep this night." The kids eyes grew soft as he listened and then the kid nodded lightly and smiled a little as he ran passed the old vampire and to his house of which was not to far away and then Devin looked to where he felt the other old ones and he closed his eyes as he turned to a mist and then he moved without smell sound or sense of him being there for he did not want to be found at that moment. He only hoped that the human in the presence of vampires was well and safe.

Alucard considered the entirety of what had been said before simply shrugging, standing there with his back to them still as he had not yet even bothered to move himself and turn around. "Now that name is familiar..I suppose then I should introduce myself by one of my other names so I will rectify the situation. My original name is Vlad III Dracul, son of Vlad Dracul, and also known as Vlad the Impaler. And now I know why you were so familar to me...You held a moderate sized Tithe of land during my ruling over Wallachia. Well its certainly nice to see you once again, and even more suprising to see you in the company of a Human. In all honesty, its also surprising that he isn't scared sh*t less..Most humans tend to wet themselves in my presence except for those that I worked with for a decent amount of time, most of them being in England." He nodded and would simply vanish with a smirk before reappearing in front of them once again, his white sharp toothed smile being one of the few things that came out of the darkness containing his face. Oh he had his own weapons on his person but he hardly feared any of these people and didn't even fear anyone in this country. "If I am right however, something tells me that we are not the only vampires that wander around these wonderous lands..I wonder what entertainments there are abound tonight.."

Devin appeared in his whole form right outside a small tavern/bar and he walked inside and as he entered he nodded politely to the owner and to the the man at the bar and then he sat down and grabbed a menu and he looked it over and a already slightly frightened woman came over to him and asked what he would be having and as he spoke he saw what would have been a fright on what he would be asking for because it seemed she was hanging on his every word but when he said what he wanted the woman smiled and looked to him as if she was glad he was there all of a sudden.
" So yes i would like the rack of lamb and a glass of your finest red wine....." the woman nodded and was off quickly and in about 30 minutes she had brought his food and his drink and he smiled at her as he slowly began to eat and she watched him for a little while and then he cleaned his mouth lightly with a small peace of cloth and he looked to her." Was there something you wanted my dear..." She looked to him and then she blushed a little..." Sorry...pardon me...its just you look like....With the pale shin and unnatural.....beauty." " You think i'm a vampire..." The lady backed at his hitting the topic right on the head and the other people of which there were not that many also stopped what they were doing and they all looked to him." Sorry but even if i was i would be a vegetarian...no blood for me...." The woman laughed lightly as did the others and then he went back to eating his food and he smiled lightly to himself knowing that although he was in fact a vampire, he was a friend to man kind none the less and he would never heart a human...well not a good human anyway.

Normally Raven would not stop, and leave the other behind, but the very moment that Alucard informs him of his real name, the dark lord stops in his tracks, somewhat surprised that the former prince still exists in this time due to the local legends. On the other hand it's not too much of a surprise thanks to the same local legends. "Seeing you alive is as much a surprised to me as you seeing me again, though I'll admit it's a pleasant surprise. Most of the friends or associates I have had in the past have passed away by now, or moved on, if they're anything like you and I." Raven says quietly as he turns again this time to face Drăculea. The comment from his former prince regarding most humans being scared sh*t less, which would include Eben has the dark lord arching a brow. "Oh, well everyone in the tavern had been scared out of their minds, and while I meant no real harm to anyone, they all ran..... all but one. I admire a person who has the courage to stand his ground even though shaking like a leaf in a strong wind." Raven adds pointedly as he shifts his gaze from Drăculea to Eben, and then back again to Drăculea.
While it's only a second that Vlad has vanished to reappear again, Raven finally acknowledges the scent of another vampyre in the area. Oh, he did sense the other one before now, but there was no point in bringing it to anyone's attention as Raven didn't sense any threat. Hopefully there won't be one either. "Hm. It would seem so, though nothing to be alarmed about, 'less he stirs things up on his own. Besides that, no one in my company will be harmed. In my earlier years...... much has changed about me after being turned. Now that is a story to tell, but when there is more time to tell it." Raven says thoughtfully, adressing the two of them together now.

That's me, one brave a$$ mother f**ker... Eben thought, though he was still afraid of his undead companions. He appreciated Raven's appraisal of his bravery, though the more time he spent in the vampire's company, the less afraid he felt. He was filled with the burning desire to know more and more about them.
He nodded to Raven's last comment. Though he wanted to know more he had to agree if they were going to make this journey there and back before sunrise they had better be getting a move on.
