Reaper looked to Kyle and then he looked down to his bandage and he shrugged lightly." its alright. it probably looked worse then it really was...I'll be fine.. it will heal in no time." reaper faked a little pain and then he walked over to his truck and he growled as he looked to it and then he hopped in." Come on...I know a place where we can do repairs and get more equipment" Reaper started the truck and then once the other two were in he gave it gas and they started to speed down the street going deeper into the hellish city.

Kyle didn't argue with Reaper, simply nodded and followed him to the truck. As they raced along through the ruined city, Kyle kept one hand on his head to keep his baseball cap on, the wind tore at it and threatened to snatch it from him. "You mean you got another base like the one we just been in, sir?"

Yeah...i have a whole bunch hidden all over the city and all are locked and need passwords or other special methods to get inside so i don't have to worry about someone breaking in and steeling everything...the one where going to now is no where near as big but it has a garage and a couple different vehicles we can use and plus i can fix this baby...." He tapped the wheel lightly and then he looked to Kyle and smiled a little." I remember you saying that you were quite something when you were fixing a vehicle ...perhaps you'll show me what you got?" He nodded lightly at kyle after saying that and then he turned down an alley way and he came up to a garage door and he hit a different button on a separate clicker than last time and the door opened and he drove in and once inside the doors closed and he hopped out and hit a main breaker to turn on all the power for the building." i would say home sweet home but this one i would consider a summer home..."

Kyle whistled as he looked over the garage. For days surviving as a scavenger in the city he had no idea how he could never have noticed these bunkers dotted around. He turned back to their wounded vehicle and put his palm on the side of it. He closed his eyes and listened for a moment, getting a feel of the car then opened his eyes again. "Take me a few hours to get this baby good as new and then some." He noticed a workbench nearby with all the tools on it he would need. He dragged it over and stripped off his T-shirt. This would be dirty oily work. He got down and slid himself under the vehicle to check underneath. His legs were the only part of him in view as he set to work, leaving Reaper and Jack to themselves...

Ah hell! The mercenary's first reaction was to duck and cover when suddenly when that silhouette turned into a big hulking beast right before his eyes. Up came Black Betty the AK-47 as he dropped to one knee ad leveled at the creature. He was about to pull the trigger when the thing stopped rushing at them. Even more unexpected...it spoke, to him no less! All his instincts told Seraph to just shoot it, but there was a slight peak of curiosity. He glanced at Kar'desh that just stood there watching silently from under his hood seemingly unfazed.
"Yeah?" the merc asked sarcastically. "I'll pretend to know what you're talking about. But I'll tell you there hasn't been a freak with an ugly mug like yours that I haven't put a bullet in." This thing talked like it knew him or something. Seraph didn't know what the creature was talking about, but that grim smile on its beastly face was enough to make the hackles rise on the back of the mercenary's neck.
Kar'desh though, was as still and silent as the exchange began. Indigo eyes were narrowed scrutinizing this new comer from head to toe. "This is not the one." the Dregglin concluded in thought. But he was vary wary of this creature none-the-less. This being, even from this distance, seemed to exude a aura of malice. It is still likely that this one may be the cause of that disturbance before. It may know something. With that Kar brought up a hand and removed the hood from atop his head. For the first time revealing his true reptilian visage, Seraph glanced up at the motion and was surprised for am moment.
A set of dark horns protruded from the back of his head and a line of five sharp spines lay flat down the middle of his crest lay flat. The moon light made his maroon scales glisten slightly in the night and indigo eyes flashed a faint violet. Kar affixed the beastly humanoid with a hard yet passive stare. A long serpentine tail with a deadly black spade on the end peeked out from the cloak and began swishing lazily back and forth. Every muscle under the cloak tensed while Kar was looking for any sign of intent in the creature looming above them on the nearby rooftop, watching...waiting...

"Well you were unconscious, that screaming ghost proved to be too tough for a human. But then again I'm not human.", Gallus spoke to the mercenary as the hooded figure revealed itself to be a lizard person, "Oh well aren't we the unusual specimen? Come to think of it, I've met alot of strange ones tonight, you two, those other two humans, the best prey in my life! It's just a strange masquerade isn't it? Oh where are my manners, the names Gallus Hordem. I am the monster of your nightmares, the creature of fear, a being unlike any other. I am a dracopyre, a third werewolf, a third vampire, a third dragon, and full blooded killing war machine. So who are you two?"
Gallus said all this as he reverted to his human form and hefted his blade onto his shoulder. He was in too good of a mood to fight anyone, but he wouldn't mind cutting up a lizard and human for dinner. He hopped down to the roof they were standing on and stood there staring at them.

1/3 dragon? For a moment Seraph looked at Gallus like guy was out of his mind. (By the monologue the likeliness of that was pretty damn good.) Half-lycans and all them other half breeds were a more believable sort. But to be both and throw some big fire breathing lizard in to the mix was shooting a little bit over his creative imagination's head.
"Eh, well that explains that brimstone breath smell..." the mercenary muttered. He stood slowly and took a step back as the Dracopyre approached. But the merc kept the gun trained on Gallus at the hip. Seraph didn't like the way how this wacky hodgepodge was looking at them. It seemed almost hungry. "So it was you did that, eh? Its a wonder I ain't dead, that's pretty merciful of ya..." Given that you're as freaking crazy as everything else in this city... he thought. Seraph somewhat resented the human comment. On one hand is could have been a complement, but At the same time Gallus was calling him weak The guy might as well have said it to the mercenary's face!
Seraph frowned for a moment then thought the better of it. It was probably a good idea not to piss this guy...yet. No telling what he's capable of and Seraph still never revealed the true nature of his condition. Maybe he wouldn't have to.
"The name's Seraph, Seraph Taylor if you wanna get all formal." he introduced himself "And this -click clak- is Betty." he chambered a round into the AK-47. "Nothing personal, but she's a bit uncomfortable around strangers. Especially the demonic blood-lusting kind if you know what I mean..." he chuckled. Even when facing a monster that could probably kiss his ass the old charm never failed.
"And that this guy? Eh good luck trying to get him to talk. Hasn't said a damn thing all night." Gesturing at Kar that stood quietly looking upon Gallus with a passive wary expression.
(I wish I could stop typing so damn much to save time and effort.)

Gallus looked at the human in amusement.
"You've got a flare about you human, it's refreshing from the cowardly humans that I've killed for so long. And as for being merciful, well you weren't in my interest at the moment. But obviously you two were heading this way, perhaps just passing by? Or maybe your looking to find me?", Gallus asked in a bemused tone, "But why would a human and a lizard be looking for something that wishes to destroy everything?"
Meanwhile Jack stood in the second hideout and examined the area, he found a nice corner and sat in it too examine his guns. The one he used to block the creature's claw had several scratches in it's side and the mechanism was jammed. He cursed under his breath and looked at Reaper.
"I don't suppose you have some spare parts to patch up my gun lying around?", Jack asked.

Reaper turned to look at Jack and then he pointed to a locker to his left." In there are tools and over there are all the peaces you'll need to fix your gun." Reaper walked over and opened a locker of which had extra parts in it and then he tossed jack a key for the one with the tools." Help yourself"

((Any Italics in Kar's dialog are words and phrases spoken in his language.))
Seraph flashed a smirk when Gallus explained himself about the wraith incident. Though, it wasn't exactly complementary, but at this point who could be surprised. "Welll...I'm grateful. I think..." His first intention would have been sound as sarcastic as possible. Yet instead it came out sounding as if he were unsure of what to say. Well that was awkward. The mercenary regained his composure as the Dracopyre went on musing about this meeting. The merc was about to open his mouth to say something, but stopped when Kar'desh stepped forward in front of the man. "Hey I'm talking here!"
"Your talk is trivial. Japaq. Be quiet. " the humanoid said turning in his head to look at the man. Seraph's brows jumped and he was quiet for a few moments from surprise. Leaving the mercenary in a slight stupor, Kar turned his attention back to Gallus. The Dregglin was quiet for a moment trying to recollect his translations of this recent human tongue he had come to start learning.
This surely was not the one Kar'desh had been seeking when first came to this..."city". But perhaps this Dracopyre, as Gallus called himself, may know something as a denizen of this realm. This was definitely not the most ideal situation, he would rather not have to consort with this abomination at all! But circumstance hardly lent the Dregglin such a luxury.
"Nou'arai." Kar addressed Gallus, his voice was a lighter baritone with a slightly graveled texture to it. The tone in which he spoke sounded so void of emotion as the passive look in his eyes, but it held a sharp edge. "You have made this place your home, I seek another who dwells within it as you do. They are a slayer of krotharai, demons as you call them. I ask if you know of such an...individual?" The words came slow and were spoken with the utmost deliberation. In truth, it was not too difficult to grasp the language. It was however a liile difficult to form the words with his natural visage. It' was a wonder to the rouge prince his speach did not come out as gutteral hobwash.

"Demon slayers? The only things that come to mind are me, you two and those other three. Your probably talking about them, but as to where they are now I have no clue. But I could send you in the right direction for a price. Got anything I want in exchange for the information you seek?", Gallus asked rubbing his thumb and index finger in the oh so familiar merchant style. Gallus knew they had nothing of his taste, but that human was looking delectible. Meanwhile Jack got to work fixing his magnums, replacing the jammed chamber with an eight cylindar revolver. It gave the gun an akward look, but it worked just the same. He saw some rather nice parts that would have gone well as upgrades. "Well we are fighting a war, so might as well upgrade.", Jack muttered. He continued to fumble with his magnums until the upgrade was finished. He examined his creations with wonder and awe. "Replace the barrel chamber from the typical .45 to the devastating .65. Lengthen the barrel a scant 3 millimeters to increase overall accuracy. Lastly, lengthen the magazine capacity from 9 to 13 for increased rate of fire and more capable crowd control. Oh yeah, this is a gun.", Jack said with a little too much glee. Reaper smiled lightly at the finished product that Jack had made with his own hands and he nodded lightly as he looked to where Kyle was and saw that he was enjoying himself as well, It was refreshing to see that even though the entire city was now its own personal hell there could still be peace and happiness within it...even if it was hard at times. " I'm going to reload my guns and clean them.." He walked over to another bench and table and he started to pull apart his guns and clean them and then he got the ammunition needed and he loaded them back up." Now were in business"
