"Certainly." Jias said, waving a hand.
Before Matt grew a small crystaline cylinder. It cracked down the middle, then opened; almost like an egg. Inside was a shirt, underwear, jeans, and a jacket.
"I think you will find them perfect fits."

"Oh yeah?" He asked, slightly suspiciously as he eyed the clothing. "What are you? Some kinda mystic tailor?" He took out the clothes and quickly got dressed. Now he had some fabric between himself and the open air he could stop his teeth chattering. It seemed the fasionista merlin had been right about the fitting part. It seemed to suit his tall and thin frame very well.
He caught sight of his reflection in the side of the cylinder. He paused to study himself. Not very old, late teens or early twenties, short dirty blonde hair and very intense blue eyes. He turned the collar of his jacket up slightly and relished the slightly rebellious edge it gave his appearance. He smiled, happy with the way he looked. He just wished he knew who he was. Though being in this place maybe that was a good thing...
"Okay, thanks for all your help big fella, I wanna be making tracks outta here... go somewhere more normal..." He scratched his head and frowned. "... I think. Actually... why have you helped me? We friends or something?"

Arinus and Jias exchanged a look.
"Not exactly, no." Arinus said, somewhat shiftily. "You could say we were, ah, enemies." With a sigh, the dragon begun explaining everything he knew.

Matt listened to Arinus' words in silence. His eyes darting from one person to the other was the only sign he was still aware.
When Arinus came to the conclusion of how they got here, Matt took a brief pause to digest the information. He went a bit pale in the face as he sat down and muttered very poetically to himself; "F**k me."
He stayed where he was for a moment, then peered up at the two men. "So what happens now?"

"We are currently travelling back to your home plane of existence, then Earth." Jias said, glancing over to the end of the room. A massive window showed the various cosmos whipping past an impossible speeds.

"Going back?" Matt winced as if he had been struck. His eyes wandered to the window and the blur of motin outside. He didn't really relish the idea of returning to that place, if what Arinus had told him was true. Going back was the last place he wanted to be. He didn't want to face what he had allegedly done, the urge to turn tail and run away from it all was becoming hard to resist. But where could he run to? If he jumped out the window he figured he would be pretty much lost forever in the void. He had no choice but to go along with Arinus for now. As soon as he saw his chance he would get away then find somewhere quiet where he could discover who he was now.
His name was Matthew Brady, but that seemed weird when the soul belonging with that name wasn't his. He was someone else now. He remained sat on the floor with his head resting on his kuckles as he thought about a new name...

Livia cursed. Only one thing to do. She stepped up to Garrett and laid a hand on his shoulder.
The demon of course tried to move. "Destiny's Choice. Familiar with it?" The demon backed up. "Thought so." (Hope you don't mind, Amira.)
She looked into the human's eyes.
"Garrett Stevens, I have been Chosen by Destiny," He could hear the capital letters in those two words. "to protect and guard Elizabeth. Due to extenuating circumstances, I can no longer fill this roll. Garrett Stevens, is your heart clear of Corruption? Garret Stevens, are you willing to sacrifice yourself for Elizabeth? Garret Stevens, will you do all you can to save her and her immortal soul?" She stopped just long enough between questions to let him answer.
Shan-Wei was feeling quite out of sorts trying to sort through all of the strange fluxes that were inherent in multiversal travel.
But Jias was counting on her.
She turned and saw Jias with Arinus. She felt a rush of insanity and turned back to her task, careful to not get distracted again, lest they all fall into the swirling darkness of insanity that was these fluxes.
Suddenly, a force resisted their passage and she struggled. Dropping to the "floor" of their compressed bubble of movement, she thrashed as she fought to control the power flooding in. A scream of pure fury and fear tore from her throat and she turned to Jias.
"Help." But her voice was far to quiet. He did not hear her. Chances were, he couldn't even see her, as she had wrapped herself in time and space to make the travel easier.
Then, a flare of energy and there was a presence beside her. A touch and the pain was gone. Control seeped into her again and she focused them forward. She turned to look and she saw her elder, though in years, she was only about 40ish.
Sandy., she sung. And it was so, for Sandy, Mother of Us All, knelt next to her.
You must be more careful, Shan-Wei. These fluxes are dangerous. I'll help you. The two women bent to the task and they began to move forward at frenetic pace.

Jias felt the presence of Sandy, and stiffened at the feeling. "If you will excuse me." He said, turning from the other two. He vanished, the teleportation causing the air to ripple. He appeared beside Shan and Sandy, in his true form this time. He went to work, adding his own Energy to the others. He nodded to the Ancient of Intelligence, body sparking in the backlash of the temporal travel. Thank you... Jias sang, jerking as they jumped another ten years. Damn it, that will take some time to fix.*** "Well, we can't exactly stay in the place between universes." Arinus said to Matt. "And right now, the others need us."

The souless being watched one of his companions vanish in a ripple of air. His departure meant little to him emotionally, though he found himself suddenly afraid he would be left on his own in this strange place. Fear, the first raw sensation he could ever remember feeling. It left a bitter taste in his mouth and a flutter in his heart beat that made him feel sick.
He heard Arinus' comment and replied, "Okay." He didn't much care what the others needed. After all they would surely be strangers to him. He was anxious to get away from all of these strange people and start his own journey...
"Hello there,"
Strange, he heard a voice inside his head. Almost as if they were sharing the same mind. He closed his eyes and made his silent reply,
"Yo?"
"You're funny, I like that... you got a few minutes? I think we outta get to know eachother... especially since we will be sharing this body for a very long time eh?"
Okay, man this is weird. How do we do this?"
Haha, let's start with our NAME."
Sitting on the floor, with his eyes closed, Matt smiled as he conversed with himself in secret during their trip back. He didn't feel so alone any more...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sweat ran in small rivulets down Garrett's face as he nodded to Livia's words. The air seemed to become stiffling and unbearably hot, as if the fires of hell were getting closer. Dark patches of sweat stained the front and under his arms of his blue flannel shirt.
"Look, I'll do my best okay?" He told the vampire. He realised his words must not have sounded very convincing but he didn't know what else to say. To confirm that his heart was clear of corruption would have been a lie. He was begining to doubt himself the more intense the situation seemed to get.
"Let's just get this over with okay? I'm a man, an ordinary man. I've sinned but I've also saved lives. I may not be the best choice for this but I'm who the demon wants, if he offers us a trade I won't hesitate in a heart beat. Elizabeth doesn't belong in hell... but maybe I do." He took a deep breath and tried to give Livia a reassuring smile. "You won't fail sweetheart... you'll have years of more protecting to do over this girl after I get her outta here."
Garrett turned towards Alexander, his expression relaxed, almost at peace with what he might have to do to save the woman he had grown so fond of. "Come on then crab-head... let's do this."

Livia smiled. "Close enough. Destiny is now bound to you and you to it. And thus, you make partake of my power."
With a jolt, an intangible and nearly invisible thread connected them, her magic flowing into him. For the Destiny's purposes, they were one and the same. Thus, in Destiny's eyes, they aught to have each others power.
Livia, for her part, became half human. And Garrett was now half vampire. And had access to the well of magic Livia had learned to use and the knowledge to use it. And they would each stay that way until Destiny had run it's course or they did the counter-ritual to reverse it.
As an added bonus, neither of them could die until they were both dead....which suited Livia just fine. Any leg up he could get was fine by her.
It was mostly beneficial to Garrett, but Livia could now also walk under the sun with no adverse effects.
She smiled again. "Good luck, Sir Garrett. Bring her back." And she stepped back, allowing the dealings to continue.

(OOC: Interesting Bippwatt. I hope this thread doesn't turn into all powerful characters.)
Alexander showed no emotion upon his face. If the guardian was here to protect Elizbeth then why wasn't she with her from the get go. From the moment she was born. It didn't make sense why all of a sudden she was here now. That question kept playing over in his mind. If she was so specail why was she tortured, freed by lies, then being tortured once more. It was an on going battle of something more then he could see and maybe she wasn't the key. Of course she was a big part of it but what if the human was her protecter. Those are two different things and maybe this wasn't going to be a good idea but his master wanted this. So, on with the show.
"Good. Now, only the human is allowed. NO ONE else is allowed to join in, not even to watch from he side lines because it could distrack him. So, Sir Garrett when ever you are ready. Level one is where ever you wish it to be and what kind of weapon you wish to fight with. The challenger of our choice will be there when you appear." He smiled big at him as he waved to the door beside him as he began to glow. It opened a bright light shown at them as fog came pooring out. "Whenever you are ready. Just think of those two things and enter."
...............................
Outside the army of dark knights turned and was ready to rush the house. It was time to see just how well this vampire could fight only being hafe vampire. He was ready to shut her up.
...........................
The prince walked over to Elizabeth as she watched in horror as Garrett was about to walk threw a door that would rest on the fate of her true freedom or Garretts damnation.
"What's the matter my dear dont you like it here?"
"You know the answer to that," she snapped.
He grinned. "I have another surprise for you."
She turned to. "Whatever it is, why dont you just..." Her heart just stopped as her month fell open and her eyes about popped out of her head. "I thought he was... How is this possible?"
The prince put a hand on Matt as he walked over to them. "Well in truth Matt really isnt dead but yet he is. Its hard to explain. Just like you he is here against his will because he isnt really suppose to be dead. Like a field trip only he isn't in his body at the moment. I know if we try we will get him another body because he doesn't belong here just yet but you do belong to him and his soul belongs to me. So, I know you two kids should have some fun."
The Prince snapped his fingers and they went from the thrown room to a huge bedroom. "You two kids have fun now." He snapped his fingers again and was gone.
Elizbeth turned and felt like screaming but instead ran over to the door but there was no door handle. She tried kicking it but nothing happened. All seemed doomed to her. She turned back to see Matt walking towards her. Panic and pure fear screamed in her eyes. How was she going to get out of this before Garrett won? Then it clicked. They were going to make it drawn out so if he did win Matt would still have this chance with her. That bastered planned it like this. Looking for a way out she saw none and just decided to run around the room like a frighted rabbit. Jump, hop, do whatever she could to stay away from him. Hopefully he wouldn't beable to catch her to the point where it was to late for him to do anything but even that seemed far fetched. Still she was going to try.

Garrett blinked rapidly as magical power enveloped him. It was one hell of a head rush. He felt his heart beat slow, the raw strength working it’s way through every sinew of his body. He knew what she had done… he was angry. How could she do this without his consent? If he was going to do this he was going to do it as a human being. To hell with all this supernatural mumbo-jumbo. But there was no time to point blame or share angry words… there was something he had to do. He nodded to Livia, then turned back to Alexander…
“Okay.” Garrett responded to the demon Alexander's instructions, his glare said everything he felt for the creature. He headed towards the supernatural doorway and stopped inches before it. He had to think about this but he was so short on time. The first thing that popped into his head, something heroic since he was on a misison to save a damsel in distress...
Garrett chose a medieval labyrinth and a sword as the weapon.
Then he stepped through the doorway…
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Matt’s soul stumbled after Elizabeth. Then quite unexpectedly he wailed pitifully, his flesh cracking and burning with each step. “Wait!” He called after her, tears of ash drifting down blackened cheeks. “Please wait! Help me!” He grabbed at her arm but her clothes seared and caught fire with his touch. He quickly recoiled from her and stumbled backwards. “You have to help me get out of hell!” He shrieked…
